Soul and Spirit
The soul comes from without into the human body, as into a temporary abode, and it goes out of it anew...it passes into other habitations, for the soul is immortal. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Let me begin by stating that our spirit minds remember every moment our souls have experienced, in this life and every other life we've lived. So by accessing those cellular memories under hypnosis we can release long standing phobias, odd behaviors that are unexplainable, traumas and even hereditary illness. By accessing these deeply buried memories in the subconscious that come to the surface and are unexpected often are the aspects that induce the most powerful personal growth.
During a past life regression session under hypnosis your mind is guided into a ( alpha state) and I always recommend some pre-conditioning of the subconscious so when the actual session ( s ) take place you are at ease and your subconscious is carefully listening to my now familiar voice. Sometimes even having a massage beforehand is a very good idea!
Some people experience the past life by seeing it as if they're watching a movie. Others I have found may only sense they are elsewhere, totally immersed in the experience however not actually seeing anything. Others simply hear or know they are in another space and time. Trusting what comes up is a process in the flow of energy as you remain safe and gently guided. I have had one client in particular that went back all the way to 4 BC and everyone is able discuss during the experience and evaluate afterwards with the professional facilitator, ie: Hypnotherapist.
I recommend a series of sessions beginning with several for best results. Being uninterrupted and in a conducive environment for your amazing inner journey is also very important. You will learn so much and be able to close off the past life with wisdom, healing and a profound new understanding of self.
As a certified past life therapist I have witnessed many amazing resolutions for my clients in having the ability to uncover "what has been" and bring insight to the present which will and has profoundly affected their future.
